Because of the massive amount of shopping I do at Kroger and the retail price my groceries show to be at their store, I received two ecoupons on my digital Kroger card:  $4 off next order and $6 off next order.

I used these to purchase 4 Sunday Newspapers, Trident Gum, and Blistex and paid just $0.68. 

So it pays to be a "valued customer" as the self-checkout says.... ("Welcome valued customer, please scan your first item...I dream sometimes about this machine.  I don't use it for my 'big' shop but I do use it when I'm just going in to duplicate a really good special on specific items)
